We recooked the steak and things like that happen. So I said to the manager what are you going to do for me now to make up for overcharging an improperly cooked steak and having to send it back. Your charge me that much then it has to be perfect. I asked for the manager and said why can't you cook a $50+ steak correctly the first time. So fast I do think your partially precook the steak and finish it to order. But how do u cook the steak so fast? Is it precooked? The first round of steaks also came out real fast. We had the server send it back and within 5 minutes we had a properly cooked steak. The $50+ ribeye cooked temp request of rare was actually med well. Your steak house server wasn't of fine dining quality. It's money saving funny business that's uncalled for. So the charged me a dollar for the runny egg that came out halfway thru dinner. No I shouldn't have to ask, it should already come with it and then ask to not have it if I didn't want it, but I did want it. Who does that? It has to come w/ a runny egg. Your Boat house kimchee fried rice didn't come with a runny egg. Another reason you charge way to much for your rooms. You spend $250 a night u expect $250 service but instead I could have gotten better room service at Motel 6. Instead of birthday breakfast in bed we got lunch in bed because your kitchen couldn't get there crap together causing it to be more than 100 minutes late. Your room is actually worth at most $150 which is comparable to Aria but not nearly as nice as Aria. The room is nice but your maintenance crew needs to put some smiles on there faces and not look like illegal aliens trying to ignore you. You need to spend some money and actually heat the pool like your suppose to instead of screwing your customers out of an actual heated pool. Your heated pool is still cold 72 degrees but I guess not as cold as if it didn't have a heater.

That has to be fixed if not then u will get more complaints. You don't want to be distracted hearing chatter and noises when getting a massage. I'm getting a nice massage and all I hear is women chatting outside the walls and locker doors slamming and opening. The spa massage was nice but the soundproof sucks. You need to fix it or I may not visit again. Your casino smells like an ashtray! Your no smoking sections are a joke because people smoke there or they walk through with a lit cigarette and besides that it's next to smokers so it's just as bad. It stinks, it's smelly, makes me cough, I want to throw up with all that smoke. I hate smoke and u have a lot of smokers.
